Consulting, strategy, and rabbinic services driven by relationship & impact
I work with Jewish camps and camp-centered organizations to strengthen leadership, design meaningful programs, and build communities that last.
As a rabbi and trusted partner, I support both institutions and individuals, helping leaders make thoughtful decisions, guiding teams through complexity, and weaving Jewish meaning into daily practice and pivotal moments
Rabbi Jill Levy is the founder of Next Door Strategies, a consulting practice partnering with Jewish camps and communal organizations to strengthen leadership, culture, and Jewish mission. With over 15 years of senior leadership in Jewish camping and education, she has exceeded camp satisfaction benchmarks, built wait-lists rivaling Taylor Swift’s, and brings strategic focus to solving long-term staff pipeline challenges.
Her work spans institutions including Ramah, JCCs, Honeymoon Israel, the Pluralistic Rabbinical Seminary, Federation, Hillel and more. Rabbi Levy combines strategic vision, deep Jewish knowledge, and relational leadership to help institutions, and the people within them, thrive.
